We provide travel-related services including visa facilitation, holiday/tour packages, Umrah travel services, and related travel assistance. Specific terms for each service may be provided at booking.
You agree to provide complete, accurate and timely information when booking.
Payment terms: you must pay the fees (or deposit) in the manner and timeline specified in your booking confirmation.
If you fail to pay when due, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and/or refuse to provide the Services.
All bookings are subject to availability and the terms/conditions of third-party providers (airlines, hotels, visa authorities).
Prices may change until the booking is confirmed. Once you have a confirmed booking, the price is as specified unless applicable changes/policies apply (e.g., airline fuel surcharges, visa fee increases, currency fluctuations).
Any special requests (diet, transport, room type) are requests only and do not form part of the contract unless confirmed in writing by us.
By you: If you wish to change or cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing. Cancellation charges or amendment fees may apply depending on the service, supplier, time of notice.
By us: We reserve the right to cancel or alter your tour/travel arrangements where unavoidable or required (e.g., visa refusal, force majeure, supplier issues). We will notify you and provide alternatives or refunds as applicable.
We are not liable for additional costs incurred by you (e.g., flights, pre-booked services, visas) which are not handled by us.
You are responsible for ensuring you have valid travel documents (passport, visa, permits) and meet the destination’s entry requirements.
We provide assistance in visa services, but we do not guarantee that a visa will be granted.
If a visa is refused, you may be eligible for a refund of the service fee per our cancellation policy minus costs already incurred.
We are not liable for delays or refusals caused by government/immigration authorities.
You are responsible for obtaining adequate travel insurance, health coverage and meeting vaccination or health requirements for your destination.
We do not provide health or travel insurance unless explicitly stated; any failure in obtaining insurance is your responsibility.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss, damage or expense you may suffer arising from the Services, except where caused by our proven negligence or wilful misconduct.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant Service.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as missed flights, loss of enjoyment, etc.).
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disaster, war, strike, act of terrorism, pandemic, government action).
